For reference, here is our ongoing mechanic for buybacks involving Kyanite, Blending, and secondary market sales:

All Blend (Crafting/Minting) sales go to the Kyanite rewards pool, Alcor liquidity pool, and to strengthen RAM/NET/CPU

8% of secondary market sales (AH/Nefty) will also go toward strengthening the StarShip project, its team and its tokens.
